Het betreft de souterrainkamer aan de achterkant van het huis (nummer 1, zie plattegrond hieronder). De gestoffeerde kamer heeft een eigen wastafel. Bus, supermarkten, horeca, het Janskerkhof, de universiteitsbibliotheek en alle gemakken van de binnenstad bevinden zich op loopafstand. Het huis telt zeven kamers.. De bewoner deelt de keuken, de wc en de douche met de huisgenoten. Er is aan de achterzijde een binnenplaatsje met picknicktafel en door het huis verspreid zijn alle gebruikelijke voorzieningen zoals koelkast, vriezer, wasmachine en internet te vinden.
Het hele huis is rookvrij. Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.
We zoeken een huurder die geen lid is van een gezelligheidsvereniging en in de masterfase zit, bezig is met afstuderen of al aan het werk. Een uitwisselingsstudent heeft de voorkeur.
De huur is berekend aan de hand van het puntensysteem voor onzelfstandige woonruimte en het huurcontract is gebaseerd op het model van de ROZ. De kamer wordt voor maximaal twee jaar verhuurd. Aanvaarding per direct.

It concerns the basement room in the back (number 1, see floorplan below). The room has its own wash basin. Bus, supermarkets, restaurants, Janskerkhof, the university library and all the amenities of the city centre are within walking distance. The seven residents share the kitchen, toilet and shower with their housemates. There is a patio with a picknick table at the back of the house. All the usual facilities such as a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine and Wi-Fi internet can be found throughout the house.
The entire house is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
We are looking for a tenant who is not a member of a fraternity/sorority and is in the master’s phase, is graduating or already working. Internationals preferred.
The rent is calculated on the basis of the points system for non-independent living space and the rental contract is based on the ROZ model. Registration at this address is permitted.
The private landlords of this house live in the neighborhood.
